     Advance Ceramic Industry Company Limited is a respectable porcelain former manufacturing in Thailand. The company has been in the industry for years and possessed excellent technique in former production for rubber-glove manufacturing.

   The quality control starts from the beginning to the ending of process. We closely monitor and control each process of the production which are casting in molds, decorating former surface, the first firing, finishing former surface, glaze dipping, and the second firing processes.

   We select only high quality porcelain clay for the production, including imported clay for specific former type requirement. The porcelain clay is properly blended, sifted through a fine sieve, and cast in a quality Plaster mold with a specified thickness or weight depended on its application.

   The firing process is highly important. The product is fired at 1280°c. or higher temperature in an oxidation atmosphere. The finished product will be ivory–white (for porcelain) after fired and left cold at the room temperature. This process takes about 20 – 24 hours.

   After the firing process, the product will be polished and inspected. All defected pieces will be removed before packing and delivering to customers.
